South West Floor Care is a specialist hard-floor firm working across Bristol, Bath and South Gloucestershire. Stone, tile and grout, Amtico and Karndean, stone worktops and commercial floors. That is all we do, and doing one thing means we do it properly.
Every job is quoted in writing before we start, and the person who gives you that price is the person who turns up to do the work. No subcontractors, no call centre, no surprises at the end.

The same person on every job, from the survey to the finish. Mike looks at your floor, writes the quote, does the work and walks it with you at the end. There is no crew to hand over to, no subcontractor on site and nobody to pass the blame to.

We assess the floor
What it is made of, what has been done to it before, and what it will realistically come back to. You get that honestly, in writing, before anything starts. -
Surface debris comes off
Everything loose is lifted first, so the deep clean is working on the floor rather than on the dirt sitting on it. -
Deep clean with the right kit
Specialist machines and products matched to the material. Stone, grout and LVT all want different things, and using the wrong one costs you the wear layer. -
Rinse and extract
The residue is pulled back out rather than left to dry into the surface, which is what makes a floor go dull again a fortnight later. -
Final inspection together
We walk the floor with you before we pack up, and tell you exactly how long to leave it before furniture and traffic go back on.
