One trade, done properly

A hard floor is not a carpet with a harder surface.

Stone, tile, grout, luxury vinyl and stone worktops each behave differently, and the wrong chemical or the wrong pad does damage that cleaning cannot undo. General cleaning firms carry one machine and one product for all of it.

We only work on hard surfaces, so the survey decides the method rather than the van deciding it for us. Every job is quoted in writing first, and the person who gives you that price is the person who turns up.

Choosing the right service.

If none of the five quite describes your floor, ask anyway. It is usually one of them under a coating.

Prefer to talk it through?

Describe the floor and the room. A short conversation is usually enough to point you at the right page.

Call us
I am not sure which service I need. Can you tell me?

Send a few photographs and tell us the room. Most floors identify themselves from a picture, and if yours does not we will say so rather than guess. The survey settles it before any price is agreed.

Can you handle a floor with more than one surface?

Yes, and most jobs are. A tiled hallway running into a stone kitchen needs two methods, and one survey covers both so you get a single quote rather than two visits.

How is a job priced?

By area, surface, condition and access. Every job is quoted in writing before we start, and the price does not move once it is agreed.

Do you work on commercial sites?

Regularly. Offices, retail, schools, gyms and public buildings, usually in the evening, overnight or at weekends so the site keeps running.

Not sure which one you need?
